Our instructors have attended
a full-scale state-level workshop, and completed that
training to the satisfaction of the state instructors. They
work on the local level, teaching young people as well as
recruiting other adults interested in becoming Shooting
Sports Instructors. This is the only special interest 4-H
group where instructors must be certified by the state to
teach the Shooting Sports curriculum.
The disciplines that are offered are Archery, Advanced
Archery, Pistol, Advanced Pistol, Rifle, Advanced Rifle,
Shotgun, Advanced Shotgun, Coordinator, Black Powder,
Reloading, Hunting , Wildlife and Living History.
